For repairs, paint, and floors: 30% when you sign, 40% when the paint is done, and the last 30% after you’ve walked through and signed off. The schedule is on your contract before you pay anything.

We replace light fixtures on existing boxes. Anything beyond that — new circuits, moving a box, recessed lighting, panel work — needs a licensed electrician and a permit. We’ll arrange one and pass through the price.

Home Refresh on a two-bedroom takes about a week. Modernize Your Home takes two to three weeks, including the days a new floor finish needs to cure. The finish date goes on your contract.

In the driveway on most jobs, which is the short answer in most of the towns we work in. Where a street permit is needed, we find out which town office issues it, file it, and pass the fee through at cost.

We pack, load, and unload. For the truck itself, we’ll point you to a licensed mover we trust. We don’t hold the household goods certificate yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Tell us in writing and we’ll respond within five business days. On moves, coverage depends on the protection you chose. On everything else, damage we cause is ours to fix, and we carry insurance for the rest.
