Light fixtures and hardware
New fixtures, knobs, pulls, and door handles. Usually an afternoon.
Light fixtures are $95/fixture, 3 fixtures minimum, replaced like-for-like on the box that’s already there. Cabinet knobs and pulls are $8 a piece, $150 minimum. Door hardware is $65/door.
Pick your fixtures and hardware yourself, or we’ll source them at cost plus 15% and list them on your estimate.
What we don’t do
We don’t add circuits, move boxes, convert to recessed lighting, or touch a panel.
That work needs a licensed electrical contractor and a permit. If your job needs it, we’ll arrange one and pass their price through at cost.
