Light fixture and hardware replacement
New fixtures, knobs, pulls, and door handles. Usually an afternoon.
Installing new knobs and pulls in a kitchen is $190. Light fixtures are replaced like-for-like, on the box that’s already there, and installing three of them is $285.
Pick your fixtures and hardware yourself, or we’ll source them at cost plus 15% and list them on your estimate.
What we don’t do
We don’t add circuits, move boxes, convert to recessed lighting, or touch a panel.
That work needs a licensed electrical contractor and a permit. If your job needs it, we’ll arrange one and pass their price through at cost.
