$0.15/sq ft of floor area, $195 minimum. Most home sales and most leases ask for the house to be left broom clean. We do it right after the last box goes out.
We sweep and vacuum every floor. We wipe counters, cabinet fronts, shelves, and sills. We clean the sinks, tub, and toilet, wipe out the fridge and oven, and take the trash with us.
