About a week covers Home Refresh. Modernize Your Home takes two to three weeks, including the days new floor finish needs to cure. If your dates are tighter, tell us and we’ll say what fits.
No. Most new owners leave us a key or a lockbox code. We send photos when the work is done, and we call you if we find anything you need to decide on.
