$0.30/sq ft of floor area, $325 minimum. We bring the supplies, and you don’t need to be home.
We clean inside every cabinet, drawer, and closet. Inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Baseboards, door frames, window sills, and tracks. Switch plates, vents, and ceiling fans. Tubs, showers, toilets, tile, and grout. Every floor vacuumed and mopped, edges included.
When we do it
The best time is the week before you move in, while the house is empty. If paint or floor work is happening too, we clean after it, so the dust leaves with us.

Can you deep clean a house people are living in?
Yes. It takes longer with furniture in the rooms, and you’ll have the price in writing before we start.
Do you clean windows?
Inside glass, sills, and tracks, yes. Outside glass above the first floor, no.
