$3.25/sq ft of floor area for walls, $450 minimum. Or $525 a room if you’d rather price it by the room. Ceilings add +$1.00/sq ft. Doors are $95/door each.
Every job includes surface prep, small patches, caulking, masking, drop cloths, and cleanup. Standard-grade paint is in the price. If you want a specific brand, we’ll list it on the estimate.
Lead-safe work in older homes
A lot of New Jersey housing went up before 1978, so the old paint under yours may contain lead.
Every job that needs it gets plastic containment, HEPA vacuums, wet sanding, and a verified cleanup.

How long does it take?
Most rooms take a day including prep. A whole two-bedroom interior takes three to five days.
