A standard 12 × 12 bedroom is $850 for the walls and ceiling, two coats. Doors are $150 each.
Every job includes surface prep, small patches, caulking, masking, drop cloths, and cleanup. Standard-grade paint is in the price. If you want a specific brand, we’ll list it on the estimate.
Lead-safe work in older homes
A lot of the housing here went up before 1978, so the old paint under yours may contain lead.
Every job that needs it gets plastic containment, HEPA vacuums, wet sanding, and a verified cleanup.

Do you move the furniture?
We move what we can and cover what we can’t. If something is heavy, tell us up front.
How long does it take?
Most rooms take a day including prep. A whole two-bedroom interior takes three to five days.
Can you match the color I have?
Yes. Give us a chip, or we’ll cut a small one from the wall.
