We repair nail pops, dents, holes, corner bead damage, cracked plaster, and water-stained ceilings once the leak is fixed.
Plaster or drywall
The older towns around here have plaster walls, and anything built after about 1960 has drywall. Plaster fails differently, and a surface patch on failing plaster often cracks again within a season.
We’ll tell you which one you have and what it needs. Sometimes that’s a $185 patch. Sometimes it’s a skim coat, and we’ll say so before you pay for the smaller fix twice.
Water stains
A stain means water got there. We’ll ask whether the source is fixed. If nobody knows, we write that on the estimate before we paint over it.
