Handover Home Prep is two partners. One has spent more than 30 years in the trades: painting, carpentry, flooring, and construction. The other brings more than 10 years of business experience.
One of us knows how the work should be done. The other knows what it takes to answer the phone, show up on the date, and send an invoice that matches the estimate. You get both.
Why one company
Getting a house ready usually means hiring cleaners, a painter, a floor company, a handyman, and movers. Each has its own schedule, and none of them waits on the others.
We do it all on one schedule, with one person to call when you have a question.
