$85–$110/hr, 2 hours minimum. Send us the list. We’ll tell you about how many hours it is and give you the price before we start.
Doors that stick or won’t latch. Loose railings. Closet rods and shelves. Blinds and curtain rods. Towel bars and hooks. Caulking around tubs and sinks. Weatherstripping. Small holes, dents, and touch-up paint.
Moving out of a rental?
This is usually the list between you and your security deposit. Send us the landlord’s checklist and we’ll price all of it at once.
What we don’t do
We don’t do plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, or anything behind an outlet or switch. Those need a licensed trade, and we’ll tell you when one is on your list.
