What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address and its details, what work you want, your timing, and anything you type into the notes field. We also record how you found us and which page you arrived from.

The form saves your answers as you go, so if you close the tab partway through we still have what you entered up to that point.

Why we collect it

To price your job and get back to you. The property details change the price and the crew; that is the only reason we ask for them.

Text messages

We text you about your quote only if you check the box asking us to. The box is unchecked by default and your quote is not conditional on it. Message and data rates may apply, roughly two to four messages per request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

When you check that box we store the exact wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address, and the page you were on.

Who else sees it

Our email, SMS, hosting, and database providers process this data on our behalf so we can operate the site and reply to you. We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Analytics

We measure which pages people read and where quote requests come from. We don’t use that data to identify you personally.

Asking us to delete it

Email contact@handoverhomeprep.com and ask. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
