Questions people ask
What does broom clean mean?+
Empty, swept, and wiped down. It’s what most home sale agreements and leases ask for. If your lease asks for more, we’ll quote a deep clean instead.
Can you fix things before I list or hand back the keys?+
Yes. Wall repairs, touch-up paint, and general repairs are the usual list. Send us your landlord’s checklist or your agent’s notes and we’ll price all of it at once.
Do you drive the truck?+
Not yet. You rent the truck or container, and we load it and unload it.
