Walk through the finished work with us. The last payment comes after you sign off.
Empty, swept, and wiped down. It’s what most home sale agreements and leases ask for. If your lease asks for more, we’ll quote a deep clean instead.
Yes. Wall repairs, touch-up paint, and general repairs are the usual list. Send us your landlord’s checklist or your agent’s notes and we’ll price all of it at once.
