Hardwood refinished from $3.50/sq ft, dustless sanding included. New floors from $6.50/sq ft, supplied and installed.
Hardwood refinishing is $3.50/sq ft, 400 sq ft minimum. We sand, stain if you want it, and apply three coats of finish. Our sanders connect to a vacuum, so the dust stays out of the rest of the house.
Luxury vinyl plank is $6.50/sq ft supplied and installed, 300 sq ft minimum. It’s waterproof, which makes it a good choice for basements and kitchens.
Plan for cure time
You can walk on new finish in a day. Furniture goes back in after three to five days, and rugs after two weeks.
We put those dates on your schedule up front. If your move-in date doesn’t leave room for them, we’ll tell you before you book.
Easiest before you move in
Floors go fastest in an empty house. If you just bought, the days between closing and move-in are the best time to do them.
